Sample Procurement Financing

01. Advance Payment for Samples
To initiate the sample procurement process, the Client must make an advance payment covering the cost of the product samples they wish to test. This payment ensures that the Supplier can proceed with purchasing the samples without delay, ensuring they are available for testing.

02. Administrative Fee
An administrative fee of 300 USD will be charged for each product. This fee covers the costs associated with managing, handling, and receiving the samples, as well as overseeing the procurement process.

Testing Fees and Payment Terms

Testing Fee

Each product test will have a cost of 1,400 USD, which covers the comprehensive analysis of the sample. This fee must be paid in advance before the Supplier begins the testing process.

Payment of Testing Fees

Testing fees must be paid in advance before the Supplier begins testing the Client’s samples. This ensures that the necessary resources are available to conduct the tests.

Invoicing

The Supplier will issue detailed invoices for each test conducted, which will include the model and type of product tested. Clients will have the option to download the invoices in PDF format for record-keeping purposes.

Testing Delivery Timeframe

The delivery time for the testing results will vary based on the characteristics of each product. An estimated timeline for delivery will be provided to the Client when the test request is made.

Fees for Retesting and Revisions

If a product does not meet the testing requirements and needs to be modified or adjusted to pass a new test, the fee for each retest or revision will be 700 USD. This fee covers the additional analysis of modified products.

Reports and Documentation

The Supplier will provide detailed reports for each tested product, including test results, identified issues, and improvement recommendations. Reports will be standardized, but a customized report can be requested for an additional cost. Sample report available in PDF.

Confidentiality of Test Results

The Supplier is committed to handling all test results and related information with confidentiality. No third-party disclosure will occur without the Client’s prior written consent, ensuring the privacy and protection of the product data.

Scope and Specifications of the Tests

The Client must provide clear specifications for the test requirements. Any additional tests beyond the original scope may incur additional costs. It is crucial that the expectations are clearly outlined at the beginning of the process to avoid misunderstandings.

Validity Period of the Test

The test results will be valid for 60 days from the date of the report’s issuance. During this period, the Client may request clarifications or discuss the results at no extra charge. After this period, any additional inquiries may incur extra fees.
